Feeding Britain is recruiting! We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Coordinator to expand our small team. Apply by 29th May 2017.

We think that hunger has no place in 21st century Britain, and are working with partners as diverse as food banks and local community food organisations, politicians and companies, to make sure it becomes a thing of the past. This is a challenging and varied role, as part of a small team in a rapidly developing charity. We need someone proactive, someone with ideas, and someone able to be adapt and work under pressure.

 You’ll be providing project support to a network of local anti-hunger groups around the UK, from helping to design activities, to organising events, and making sure local organisations get their voices heard in national policy making. You’ll find innovative ways for our network to document good practice and share learning and ideas

You’ll also be playing a key role in communications, including managing the redesign of our website, helping us get our messages out to a wider audience, and strengthening communication between the organisations in the Feeding Britain network.

This role provides lots of opportunities to develop new skills and build experience, through training and on the job learning. You’ll be working closely with the National Director, and will be able to get involved in many different aspects of our work. We recognise that this is a varied role, and there are likely to be aspects of the job that are new, and we’re ready to help you develop the skills you need.
